Reservations:
Advance reservations are recommended, especially during peak periods. External guests are welcome, subject to availability.

Consumption and Payment:
Hotel guests may charge consumption to their room account upon signing the receipt.
External guests must settle payment at the time of consumption.

Alcohol Policy:
The consumption of alcoholic beverages is restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service in cases of excessive consumption or inappropriate behavior.

Outside Food and Beverages:
Outside food or beverages are not permitted in the hotel’s restaurants or bars, except for duly justified medical or health reasons.

Behavior and Noise:
We kindly ask all guests to maintain respectful behavior and avoid excessive noise, especially after 11:00 p.m.

Children Policy:
Children are welcome in the restaurant and bars.

Events and Special Occasions:
For events or group dinners, prior booking is required at least 48 hours in advance.
