DUTY TO INFORM

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING


The personal data we collect and process through the Website identified above will be used solely for the following purposes:


  1. To manage the contracting of services carried out through the Website, such as contact requests or booking management;
  2. To periodically send communications containing news related to the activities of Grupo Alboi and the sector in which it operates;
  3. To conduct anonymous and aggregated analyses of the use of services, in order to identify Users’ habits and trends, improve the services offered and meet Users’ specific needs;
  4. Grupo Alboi processes Users’ data:

The User guarantees that the information provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date, and is responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss that may result from a breach of this obligation.


If the data provided belong to a third party, the User guarantees that they have informed that third party of the matters covered in this document and obtained their authorisation to provide their data to Grupo Alboi for the purposes indicated.



DATA RETENTION PERIOD


Grupo Alboi only retains and processes personal data for as long as is necessary or mandatory to fulfil the purposes described above, applying information retention criteria appropriate to each processing activity and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

DATA PROCESSING CARRIED OUT BY THE COMPANY THAT DEVELOPS AND MANAGES THE WEBSITE IN ITS CAPACITY AS AN INDEPENDENT DATA CONTROLLER
