Salineira was born out of a love for our roots. It is a tribute to the wisdom of our mothers and grandmothers, where the art of hospitality blends with feminine delicacy.
Here, our cuisine feels like coming home. We honour the salt workers and the Ria, bringing the purity of salt and the freshness of Aveiro’s local produce to the table. A place where Portuguese tradition is given a new lease of life, always with an eye on the unobstructed views of our colourful Alboi neighbourhood.

We invite you to enjoy a dining experience that combines reinterpretations of contemporary and traditional cuisine.
Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your table, especially during busy periods.
GROUPS AND EVENTS
To ensure the best experience for group dinners or special occasions, we ask that bookings be made at least 48 hours in advance.
SOCIALISING AND WELL-BEING
Children are very welcome, and we offer options for dietary restrictions. For everyone’s safety and comfort, outside food and drinks are not permitted, and alcohol consumption is restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
